I LOVE to COOK and I Love to EAT!   In my world sharing a meal or a delicious dish is a demonstration of Love!  And it wasn't until I stopped counting calories and substituted whole foods for processed foods that I was able to throw away that calculator that was constantly running in my head and begin to enjoy life and all that this wonderful world has to offer.  To me, that means eating great meals with friends and family, drinking wine and loving CHOCOLATE!

Most approaches to nutrition dwell on calories, carbs, fats, proteins. Instead of creating lists of restrictions and good and bad foods, I coach my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and free of denial and discipline.
